Dr. Gifty Jiagge-Gobah is a governance, environmental policy, and legislative affairs professional currently serving as Senior Parliamentary Procedural Director in the Parliament of Ghana. With a background in Environmental Science and extensive experience in parliamentary governance, she has played a key role in strengthening legislative oversight, policy scrutiny, and stakeholder engagement across critical sectors including environment, local government, and foreign affairs.

As a former intern of HATOF Foundation, Dr. Jiagge pursued her PhD at the Institute for Environment and Sanitation Studies (IESS), University of Ghana, where her research examined the role of parliamentarians in advancing global climate agreements in Ghana, with a focus on climate change policy and parliamentary action. Her work contributes to enhancing climate governance, environmental accountability, and evidence-based policymaking within democratic institutions. Dr. Jiagge remains committed to promoting sustainable development, inclusive governance, and stronger institutional responses to climate change and environmental challenges.
