Maryjane Enchill is a seasoned environmental and climate policy expert, currently serving as the Deputy CEO of the HATOF Foundation. She is also a Director and Board Member of the Global Youth Climate Action Fund and the Coordinator of the Climate Action Network-Ghana. With extensive experience in sustainable development, climate finance, and communication, she supports transformational change through capacity building, technical assistance, and policy advocacy. Maryjane has served as a consultant for state institutions, the banking sector, and UN agencies, offering expertise in facilitating and moderating high-level discussions on environmental and sustainability issues. Her work spans national and international platforms, where she speaks, moderates, and serves on juries and panels.

She continues to lead and coordinate youth networks both nationally and globally, advancing youth engagement in environmental governance. As a freelance journalist and environmental project manager, Maryjane also supports grassroots interventions with local communities, women, and youth across Ghana. She contributes actively to global environmental negotiations under the UNFCCC, CBD, UNCCD, and plastic pollution frameworks, bringing a voice of inclusivity and policy relevance to international processes.
